Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DevSecOps Bot's website, GitHub app, and related security scanning services.
Last updated April 4, 2026
By accessing DevSecOps Bot, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for users under your account and for keeping credentials, installation settings, and integration tokens secure.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect repositories, images, clusters, and related systems to the service.
-
Authorize access only to the systems and data you intend to scan.
-
Review findings and recommended fixes before making production changes.
-
Maintain your own backups, approvals, and internal release controls.
You may not use the service to interfere with systems, access data without permission, reverse engineer restricted parts of the product, or submit harmful or unlawful content.
Free, trial, and paid plans may include different usage limits, support levels, and features. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal reasons.
You can stop using the service at any time. Termination does not remove obligations that by nature survive termination, such as payment, confidentiality, and limitation provisions.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable Indian laws.
Paid subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines and applicable tax rules.
We retain rights in the service, software, content, and branding. You retain rights in your code, data, and other materials.
If you send feedback or product suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without additional obligation to you.
Security findings help teams prioritize work, but they are not a guarantee that every issue will be found or prevented.
Except where a signed customer agreement says otherwise, the service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. If you have a separate order form, master services agreement, or data processing agreement with us, that agreement controls over this page where the documents conflict.
