Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a paid subscription by emailing [email protected] from an authorized account email.

Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the applicable order form or written agreement states otherwise.

  • Include your organization name, account email, and subscription details.
  • Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
  • Usage-based, setup, custom integration, and professional service fees may remain payable for work already delivered or consumed.
Refund eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case by case and in accordance with applicable Indian laws, payment network rules, and any signed customer agreement.

Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, incorrect charges, failed provisioning caused by us, or other cases where a refund is required by law.

  • Subscription fees for elapsed or consumed billing periods are generally non-refundable.
  • Taxes, gateway fees, and bank charges may be handled as required by law and payment provider rules.
  • Enterprise contracts, order forms, or statements of work control where they conflict with this website policy.
Refund process

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and include the invoice, payment reference, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank, card, UPI, and payment gateway timelines may apply after we initiate the refund.
